Can I just say I hate posts like this? Why the fuck does everyone feel the need to add shit like “it is a bear hunting dog” to a picture of a big cute dog to make it get more notes? Sure, the chances of this dog being able to fight a bear are up there. But, Newfies are known as nanny dogs because they are known for being so docile and gentle, yet incredibly hard working. Unless a bear ate a little kid or something the Newfoundland was protecting he won’t give a shit. A newfie would just sit there and look at the bear until the thing hopefully went away. Caucasian shepherds on the other hand are able to grow to be the size of a small bear, are known to have no maximum breed size, are known to be aggressive and are used by prisons in Russia to fend off bears.
This big lug just wants some loving. Quit trying to get notes people.
